The cost of the retreat is £229.00 per person What activities are available to book on the Bespoke Well-Being Retreat? Activities include 40 minute Yoga/Chair Yoga Session, a 40 minute choice of a personal training session, a healthy lifestyle consultation or a 40 minute dietary & nutrition consultation. There are a choice of 40 minutes worth of spa treatments (Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage or Back, Face & Scalp Massage or an Indian head massage) and a 40 minute introductory Life Therapy session walking along the sea front in Eastbourne. All activities are subject to availability. How many can attend the Bespoke Well-being Retreat? At present there will be a maximum of 6 attendees per retreat. How can I book my activities? Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be sent an email/text asking you to advise of the activities you wish to participate in. How much notice do I have to give if I cancel my place on the retreat? 14 days notice must be given prior to the retreat in order to receive a full refund.

What does the initial assessment involve? The initial assessment involves an opportunity for us to build a rapport and discuss your issues and concerns, in order to formulate what plan of action should be taken. How long are the sessions after the initial free 90 minute session The sessions will be 60 minutes long, however, I will not allow a client to leave until they are in a more positive state. Where will the sessions be held? The sessions in person will be held at our offices in London or Eastbourne. Alternatively they can be on Zoom if that is preferable. Will the information I disclose during the session be confidential? All information disclosed during the sessions will be strictly confidential and not discussed with any third party. Is there a limit to how many sessions I should book? There is no limit to the amount of sessions you should book. You will know within your own progression when you are ready. You have options of single sessions or packages are available if you wish to buy them in bulk. Do I have to pay for the sessions in advance? If you wish to take advantage of a current offer or a bespoke package, then you will need to pay in advance, otherwise payments can be taken each time you book a session. How often should I book a therapy session? I recommend a fortnightly session is always helpful, however we can arrange what works best for you. What happens if, after the first therapy session, I don't feel it is working for me? This is fine and not a problem, as all feedback is valuable to my progression as well as yours. My main focus is to ensure that every client is happy with the service I offer. How can I book an appointment with you? Please book online clicking the Book tab What if I am unable to attend an appointment? Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment, as this will offer more availability for other clients. Is there a cancellation fee? There is no cancellation fee. However, all I request is that you inform me of your cancellation as soon as possible in order to allow other clients more availability. How can I make payment? Payments are made after the booking process where you will be given access to our bank details to make your payment. What if I am not satisfied with your services? RMJ Wellbeing will ensure to rectify anything which is not acceptable and unsatisfactory with the client. How much do you charge? Each session is individually charged currently at £60 per hour. What events do you offer this service? The Public Speaking service we offer is for all events. These can be formal and informal. What are your prices for each public speaking event? At present we offer a free 30 minute session for all educational institutions, however prices start from £100 and are negotiable subject to the event. What is the minimum time for a public speaking session? These will be entirely the choice of the client. They can be as short or as long as required. Normally timings are 30 minutes. What subjects do you offer with this service? RMJ Wellbeing focus on the subject of mental health, wellbeing and positivity for public speaking. The precise subject can be tailored to the needs of the client. Are you restricted to how far you will travel for an event? RMJ Wellbeing has offices in South West London and Eastbourne, East Sussex. However we will travel throughout London and South East England.
