    What does the initial assessment involve? The initial assessment involves an opportunity for us to build a rapport and discuss your issues and concerns, in order to formulate what plan of action should be taken. How long are the sessions after the initial introductory 90 minute session The sessions will be 60 minutes long, however, I will not allow a client to leave until they are back into a more positive state. What forms of delivery do you offer for Therapy/Coaching Sessions I offer In Person, Walk & Talk, Online and Telephone Sessions Where will the sessions be held? The sessions in person will be held at our offices in London or Eastbourne. Alternatively they can be delivered with Walk & Talk which will be either Wandsworth/Clapham Common or Eastbourne Seafront. I also offer online using the Zoom or Teams platform if that is preferable. Will the information I disclose during the session be confidential? All information disclosed during the sessions will be strictly confidential and not discussed with any third party. Is there a limit to how many sessions I should book? There is no limit to the amount of sessions you should book. You will know within your own progression when you are ready. You have options of single sessions or packages are available if you wish to buy them at a discounted price. Do I have to pay for the sessions in advance? If you wish to take advantage of a current offer or a bespoke package, then you will need to pay in advance, otherwise payments can be taken each time you book a session. How often should I book a Therapy/Coaching sessions? I recommend a weekly or fortnightly sessions are always helpful, however we can arrange what works best for you. What happens if, after the first complimentary therapy/coaching session, I don't feel it is working for me? This is fine and not a problem, as all feedback is valuable to my progression as well as yours. My main focus is to ensure that every client is happy with the service I offer. How can I book an Introductory appointment with you? Please book online clicking the Book tab. All follow up sessions will be booked by your therapist for your convenience. What if I am unable to attend an appointment? Please let me know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment, as this will offer more availability for other clients. Is there a cancellation fee? There is no cancellation fee. However, all I request is that you inform me of your cancellation as soon as possible in order to allow other clients more availability. How can I make payment? Payments are made after the booking process where you will be given access to our bank details to make your payment via an emailed invoice. What if I am not satisfied with your services? RMJ Wellbeing will ensure to rectify anything which is not acceptable and unsatisfactory with the client. How much do you charge? Each session is individually charged depending on the service you wish to book. Please refer to the Book page in order to see all prices. Please note I do not charge per hour, but for the complete session, however long that may take. Are you DBS Certified? Yes, I am DBS certified to Enhanced level and I am happy to present my certificate upon our first session. What if my question is not listed?     Where are the Well-Being Retreats Held? The Well-Being Retreats are currently held at The Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel in London. How long does the Bespoke Well-Being Retreat last? The Well-Being Retreats are normally a morning or an afternoon. How often are the Bespoke Well-Being Retreats held? The Bespoke Wellbeing Retreats are held when required upon booking. How can I book to attend? The booking can be made online. How do I pay for the Bespoke Wellbeing Retreat? You will be asked for payment with an emailed invoice after booking online What is the cost of the Bespoke Well-Being Retreat? The cost of the retreat ranges depending upon what package you require. What activities are available to book on the Bespoke Well-Being Retreat? Options include a 90 Minute Walk & Talk Therapy or Coaching Session 60 Minute Nutritional Health Consultation 30 Minute Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage 30 Minute Express Facial Use of The Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel Spa facilities. How many can attend the Bespoke Well-being Retreat? These can be attended individually or as a couple How can I book my activities? When booking you can choose the package you require. How much notice do I have to give if I cancel my place on the retreat? 14 days notice must be given prior to the retreat in order to receive a full refund.
  • Wellbeing Talks
    What events do you offer this service? The Wellbeing Talks are offered is for all events. These can be formal and informal. What are your prices for each public speaking event? At present we offer a free 30 minute online session for all educational institutions, however prices start from £200 and are negotiable subject to the event. What is the minimum time for a Wellbeing Talk? These will be entirely the choice of the client. They can be as short or as long as required. Normally timings are 30 minutes. What subjects do you offer with this service? RMJ Wellbeing focus on the subject of mental health, wellbeing and positivity for the Wellbeing Talks. The precise subject will be bespoke and therefore tailored to the needs of the client. Are you restricted to how far you will travel for an event? RMJ Wellbeing has offices in South West London and Eastbourne, East Sussex. However we will travel throughout London and South East England.
