FREE 90 Minute Couples Therapy

Service Description

This complimentary 90 Minute Couples sessions allows you to have a voice and be heard. It is your opportunity to both talk openly about your lives in a safe space and speak about it starting from childhood as we are shaped by our younger years and our thoughts are manifested into what we learn to become as adults. We will be using the NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) strategies, in order to reframe and focus on positivity and how to achieve your goals and ambitions. After this session you will have a greater understanding of how to start living your best life. The session will be delivered face to face. If you would prefer more scenic outdoor surroundings please choose our FREE Walk & Talk Session walking along the sunshine coast of Eastbourne Seafront or for those of you who prefer more privacy we also offer an indoor complimentary session at our offices or alternatively in the comfort of your own home we offer an complimentary online session.. Please note this initial session will be free (saving £205) and thereafter any follow up sessions will be charged at £130.00 per session (60 Minutes). We do offer a 6 session package which is discounted at £720.00. For your added convenience any follow up sessions including packages will be booked on your behalf by your therapist. (Please note the couple can be friends, partners, family members etc) Payments can be made by Debit/Credit Card. If you wish to make a bank transfer, bank details can be supplied upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Please can you advise if you are unable to attend the session as soon as possible in order that other clients have more availability.
