Whether it be lacking in confidence, struggling to set and achieve goals, aspiring to a new job and lots more, then what have you got to lose and so much to gain! If you would prefer more outdoor surroundings please choose our FREE Walk & Talk Coaching Session and have a choice of walking and talking in Eastbourne Seafront or for those of you who prefer more privacy in the comfort of your own home we also offer a complimentary online coaching session.. Please note this initial session will be free (saving £90) and thereafter any follow up sessions will be charged at £75.00 per session (60 Minutes). We do offer a 6 session package which is discounted at £420.00. For your added convenience any follow up sessions including packages will be booked on your behalf by your therapist. Payments can be made by Debit/Credit Card. If you wish to make a bank transfer, bank details can be supplied upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Please can you advise if you are unable to attend the session as soon as possible in order that other clients have more availability.
